Memorial Day Favorites
Happy Memorial Day! For me, Memorial Day officially marks the start of summer. Technically summer begins June 21 but Memorial Day is when all the pools open and all the fun in the sun begins! I’m currently traveling in South Korea with my sister and her fam for the week, be sure to keep on Instagram. Today I’m sharing my top 5 closet essentials for summer! These items are on constant heavy rotation in my closet during the warmer months.

New Orleans Travel Diary | Daily Looks
Happy Monday!! I’m back from a few days of traveling in New Orleans with my sister. We had such a blast exploring this beautiful city. My sister and I have been travel buddies for nearly a decade. Since she is expecting we wanted to go on last sister trip before the baby comes. We dubbed this our Sister Moon trip and the goal of the trip was to just eat our way through NOLA. I have so much to share over the next couple days about where we stayed, ate, and the sites we visited.

I wore this look last week to an event and got so many questions about this jumpsuit. I picked it up at my local Anthropologie and to my luck they had the petite in store and it was an additional 40% off sale that day. I didn’t think twice about getting it. It truly is the comfiest jumpsuit I own!! I’m a huge fan of jumpsuits to begin with and I am excited to style this one year round. I will definitely be styling it with a sweater and even a blazer and some booties.

City Views
Jeans and a white top are my go to outfit for the “I have nothing to wear” dilemma. It’s fail proof outfit combo that never lets me down. This combo can be dressed down with just denim and a white tee (seen here) and dresses seasonally with a white sweater and booties (seen here), the look is versatile. My favorite denim pants are from J. Crew and Banana Republic, I’ve tried all the high end brands in all styles and cuts, but for some reason J. Crew and Banana Republic always work for me! A good pair of denim is a closet staple!
