Attending the Mubadala DC Open has been on my summer bucket list for years, so I was thrilled to be invited by JUST ICE TEA and MOKI PR to experience it for the first time! One of the best things about the tournament is that you do not have to be a devoted tennis fan to enjoy it. Between the exciting matches, great food, interactive brand activations, and lively atmosphere, it is such a fun summer event in Washington, DC. There is always something happening both on and off the court.
Wisteria season in Washington D.C. typically occurs in late April to early May, depending on the weather. Wisteria vines can be found blooming throughout the city, including in Georgetown.
One of the best places to see Wisteria in Georgetown is at Dumbarton Oaks gardens. This beautiful garden is located on 32nd Street NW and features a stunning garden filled with Wisteria vines. Other popular locations to see Wisteria in Georgetown include the Old Stone House, Tudor Place, and Montrose Park.
The DC cherry blossom season at the Tidal Basin is a beautiful time of year when the cherry trees lining the basin bloom with gorgeous pink and white flowers. Many people like to visit the area during this time to see the stunning sights and take photos.
Washington DC, known for its awe-inspiring cherry blossoms, has another floral spectacle that often goes unnoticed—the enchanting magnolia season. As winter recedes and spring blooms, the capital city becomes adorned with magnificent magnolia trees, showcasing their vibrant and fragrant blossoms.
