There are a few moments in DC that just hit every single year… and wisteria season is absolutely one of them. The soft lilac draping over historic walls, the way the light filters through those cascading blooms—it’s giving romance, it’s giving main character, it’s giving drop everything and get dressed up immediately.
There’s just something about spring in DC… and wisteria season might be my favorite of them all.

Unlike most hotels in Las Vegas, the Four Seasons is non-smoking and has no casino inside the property. For me, that was a game-changer. Add to that the fact that I was traveling with my mom for her birthday weekend—I knew she would appreciate the calmer, more refined environment too.
