Strawberry picking is one of my favorite summer activities. After three months of quarantine it was nice to do something normal such as strawberry picking! Last week my sister and I took my nephew strawberry picking at Wegmeyer Farms and he had an absolute blast. The farm adheres to strict social distancing guidelines – which I am very grateful – because it made the experience comfortable and enjoyable.

DC is blooming in spring. We have everything from cherry blossoms, tulips, magnolias, wisteria, and dogwood flowers blooming around the city. In DC after cherry blossom season comes wisteria hysteria! The prettiest wisteria can be found at Dumbarton Oaks however it is currently closed. Thankfully Georgetown is filled with lots of pretty Wisteria to enjoy on my morning sanity strolls.
