My sister and I took a short road trip to spend some quality sister time at The Omni Homestead Resort. Only a 3 hour drive from the DMV, The Omni Homestead Resort is a relaxing weekend getaway destination located in Hot Springs, Virginia.
I was graciously invited by The Omni Homestead Resort to spend a weekend at the property and partake in all the activities it has to offer. Renowned for its natural hot springs guests will enjoy the scenery within the Allegheny Mountains of southwestern Virginia!
The Omni Homestead has a broad variety of indoor and outdoor activities for everyone. My sister and I started our morning horseback riding on a beautiful trail through the wooded forest. After our morning adventure we headed over to the incredible spa for a relaxing massage followed by quality time soaking up some sun (covered in SPF) at the pool, lazy river, and hot springs.
In the afternoon guests are invited for Southern Social Hour to enjoy delicious sweets along with hot and iced teas from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. each afternoon. The Omni Homestead Resort is rich in history and gusts can enjoy complimentary tours daily at 10:00 a.m. to learn more about the historic resort. Be sure to make dinner reservations at Jefferson’s Restaurant & Bar, grab a table outside, and enjoy a delicious meal surrounded by the beautiful greenery and mountains.
