This past weekend my family and I took a weekend trip to NYC to visit my brother. As a frequent NYC weekend traveler you would think I would have seen it all – but no! There is always something new on my list to tackle in NYC. I really enjoy New York City during the holidays. There is nothing like it! The crowds are crazy, there are holiday decorations everywhere, and it is freezing cold! I wouldn’t miss it for the world. If you are headed to NYC for Christmas or New Year’s check out my guide from last year on all the fun festive things to do here.

Baltimore Breakfast Spots
Weekends are for brunching and exploring in my book. My mom recently moved to Baltimore and I’m excited to say she’s my new roomie 🙂 We’ve developed a kind of Saturday morning ritual of getting up early and walking to a local breakfast spot for coffee and a quick bite. I’m a huge foodie and love trying all the local joints and exploring the local Baltimore neighborhoods.
Today I’m rounding up the recent breakfast spots I’ve been to and what to try.
A Summer Weekend in NYC
Last weekend I took a trip to NYC to visit my brother. Last time I was there was in June and I was sure he missed me dearly therefore I decided to pay him a little visit 🙂
Saturday we started our day with a family lunch at North River Lobster Company at Pier 81. The New England classic lobster roll is absolutely delicious!
Isfahan Travel Diaries Part 2
Isfahan has a ton of wonderful sites to visit. We were only in town for about 36 hours and spent majority of our time at Naqsh-e Jahan Square. The square has many sites to visit such as Shah Mosque, Ali Qapu, and Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque as well as shopping at the grand bazaar! Today I’m sharing snaps from the Shah Mosque and Ali Qapu.
Iran Packing Guide | Summer Edition
Packing for a trip to Iran used to be a nightmare for me. It’s the one place I travel to that I have no control over my day to day activities. On other trips I generally have an itinerary planned out with the activities I will be doing and from there I know what to pack and how to dress. This is not the case when I travel to Iran therefore it makes it a bit more complicated to back efficiently for a two week trip. However I have managed to create an organized system to pack efficiently for my trip and leave room in my bags to stock up on goodies for the way back!
