My Fav Translucent Loose Setting Powder

Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder - Beauty Blog - Product Review - Makeup Routine
The Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder gets a lot of hype from makeup artists, with very good reason! I have a few friends who swear my Laura Mercier’s TLSP, the claim it gives them a flawless finish and their makeup lasts even longer!! I’ve been wanting to try this cult favorite for myself and see if it is really worth it or not. When Influenster reached out to send me this product complimentary for testing purposes I obviously said yes!

Here are my thoughts on the product – it truly is amazing! I don’t always use a translucent powder therefore I was a bit hesitant that the application would be messy however I found using the velour puff to apply the TLSP  was super easy. A little bit of product goes a long way, no need to overdue it. I generally have normal/combination skin, I get a bit oily in the t-zone area. I always use a mattifying primer before applying foundation. I noticed a difference when using the TLSP alongside my makeup routine, I was less oily by the end of the day in my t-zone area. I also noticed that when in photos my forehead had less of a shine and my skin looked flawless in all my selfies!

With my sister’s wedding festivities coming up I am most definitely going to be incorporating this product into my makeup routine. I’m thrilled to have had the chance to test out the product and write an honest review about it. I hope this review helps you in making adding this wonderful product to your makeup bag. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out!

Have a lovely weekend!
