Summer time equals lots of pool days! Sharing my go to brand and look for a modest yet stylish pool day.
I always found it a challenge to find modest swimwear. I am not a fan of burkinis or wearing leggings and a long t-shirt since it’s not waterproof. Last summer I discovered Coolibar before my trip to Dominican Republic and it has been a game changer! The brand offers many wonderful options for modest swimwear.
My favorite items from Coolibar are the Swim Tights, Skirted Swim Tights, Long Sleeve Swimsuit, and Ruche Swim Shirt. I personally find the swim tights super comfortable and easy to pair with the one piece Long Sleeve Swimsuit. For sizing reference I have the swim tights in an XS. Fashion aside, I feel safe and protected when wearing the items at the pool and beach. The reason I’m so against burkinis or t-shirts is because as soon as you get in the water the items float up and the strings get caught up in things – very unsafe! The selling point for me with Coolibar is that the swimwear items are UPF 50 which means sun protection! Thanks to Coolibar items I feel stylish and chic when I’m at the pool, finally!
