Over the years I have developed a lip care routine. I used to have extremely chapped and dry lips, to the point where I wouldn’t dare wear matte lipstick or liquid lipstick. I have tried every product there is from drugstore to high end products such as Hourglass Lip Treatment Oil.
After many trips to the beauty store I’ve nailed down a routine that works for me. First step is to exfoliate regularly! I’ve been using the Sara Happ Lip Scrub for the past four years now. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who is in the market for a lip scrub. During the colder months my lips are the most chapped and I use the Bliss Pout-o-matic tool alongside the scrub. It is basically a clarisonic for your lips, except gentler. On a regular basis I use the Caudalie Lip Conditioner to moisturize my lips throughout the day. I have a ton of these – at work, in my purse, at home – always accessible. If I feel my lips are a little dry I apply a pea size amount of the Fresh Sugar Lip Serum before going to bed at night.
Thanks for this post! I struggle with the same thing with my lips. I actually started making my own lip scrub but ive been curious about the fresh products. I will give them a try.
