I finally had the chance to head to DC and visit the Fun House exhibit at The National Building Museum!
Every summer the National Building Museum features a Summer Block Party exhibit that runs from Fourth of July till Labor Day. Last year it was the incredible Hive exhibit, see here, and this year it’s Fun House! This exhibit is a re-imagination of a traditional home and has lots of fun parts to visit. I went to the exhibit with my family and I can’t even begin to tell you how much fun six month old nephew had!! He was pulling, touching, and having a blast with the interactive exhibit. My favorite part of this exhibit is the fact that it is family friendly and everyone from little kids to adults can enjoy what it has to offer. My favorite part of the exhibit is most definitely the the pool filled with plastic clear balls, my nephew and I spend a good twenty minutes in the pool having a blast!
The exhibit runs until September 3 and tickets can be purchased online. This year tickets are timed entry and guests are allowed only one hour to explore Fun House. Be sure to get your tickets and make a trip to visit the Fun House before summer ends!
