I live in dresses during the summer, specifically cotton dresses, and bonus points if it has pockets! This Maeve Tiered Shirt Dress from Anthropologie has been the perfect summer dress. I wear it constantly and own it in multiple patterns. I personally believe that since it comes in multiple patterns (versus colors) it looks like an entirely new dress.
