I recently checked Mexico City off my travel list—and wow, what a vibrant, colorful, and culture-rich destination! It was my first time in CDMX, and I spent my days exploring historic landmarks, world-class museums, charming neighborhoods, and of course, indulging in incredible food. I also made sure to capture each moment in style—scroll through for outfit details from every stop!

Some of the must-visit spots from my trip included:

Casa Gilardi – A dream for architecture lovers. This private home designed by Luis Barragán is a stunning lesson in color, light, and space.
Castillo de Chapultepec – Perched atop a hill with sweeping views of the city, this castle felt like stepping into a storybook.
Museo Nacional de Antropología – A fascinating deep dive into Mexico’s rich pre-Hispanic cultures. I could’ve spent an entire day here.
Casa Azul, the Frida Kahlo Museum – Frida’s iconic home was as inspiring and soulful as her art.
Coyoacán – This bohemian neighborhood was full of charm, cobblestone streets, and artisan markets—a perfect afternoon stroll.
Teotihuacan – Climbing the ancient pyramids of the Sun and Moon was surreal. The ruins are breathtaking and humbling.
Museo del Objeto del Objeto (Tile Museum) – A hidden gem for design lovers, showcasing vintage tiles and everyday objects in creative displays.
Xochimilco – A lively float through the canals on a colorful trajinera, complete with mariachi music and street food—such a fun cultural experience!
Roma Norte – I fell in love with this trendy neighborhood filled with leafy streets and buzzy restaurants. Top bites were at Rosetta (the homemade pasta is a must!), Blanco Colima (for a chic ambiance and cocktails), and Expendio de Maíz (casual but unforgettable flavors rooted in tradition).
