One of the many things on my bucket list when I moved to the DC area was to attend a show at The Kennedy Center. This past weekend my sister, my friend Z, and I went to watch The Book of Mormon! I was laughing from the start of the show till the very end – it was hilarious!
For the evening at the theatre I kept it simple in a cocktail dress that my dearest seester friends gifted me for my birthday. Clearly my friends are aware of my tulip obsession – the dress legit has my name all over it! I’ve been waiting for the right occasion to wear this beautiful dress and the venue for the show seemed fitting. The dress is a tad open in the back however I found the a tank at Forever 21 in the exact shade of the dress to pair underneath – you can’t even tell! I kept the accessories pretty simple with gold & white and borrowed this lovely scarf from my sister’s closet (which I’m trying to keep forever). You can shop the look below.
